This project consisted of the refurbishment of an old telephone exchange into new offices to deliver BT’s “Manchester Strategy” relocation plan.
The external works comprised of the full re-cladding of the building incorporating curtain walling, improvement of the road and parking access as well as modifications to drains and landscaping.
The extensive internal refurbishment comprised a full mechanical and electrical installation including the installation of two lifts complete with lift shafts. New partitions and ceilings were from Komfort, decoration from Tektura and flooring from Interface. Common areas and toilets were also refurbished to high standard.
