Entrepreneur and owner of Sale Sharks, Brian Kennedy, is an active property developer. His Company Patrick Properties had earmarked this brownfield site for high quality industrial units.
Contract Services, acting as principal contractor, constructed 2 high bay units totalling 5,000m². Ground remediation, specialist site treatments and drainage alternation formed part of the project as well as access roads and landscaping. A fitout scheme was also included for the incoming tenants.
Bordered by the Rochdale Canal and occupied industrial units, the team overcame a number of challenges to deliver the project in 29 weeks.
