Contract Services have been actively involved in the refurbishment of this outstanding Grade 2 listed building since 2007.
Situated on the busiest junction in the city centre, the building is a great example of Victorian Gothic architecture.
Working with the owners, CEG, and Manchester City conservation dept. the original building features have been uncovered and restored to their form glory! The tasteful design has then enhanced the unique interiors, whilst at the same time bringing the space into the 21st century!
We are proud of our continued involvement with this Manchester landmark, as it provides its tenants with a truly stunning working environment. It seems our tenants are equally as pleased with the refurbishment as we recently received this glowing testimonial:
