We are pleased to announce the successful completion of this £4.7 million refurbishment project in Trafford Park, Manchester.
Previously home to McGregor Cory and Brighthouse, this 200,000 sq ft warehouse and office development has undergone a complete overhaul.
The complex sequence of works includes the warehouse “transformation”, a refurbished office building and an extensive external works package.
Working closely with principals, M&G Investments and Jones Lang Lasalle, the project has been tailored to suit the new incoming tenant.
