Contract Services is currently undertaking a number of construction activities at Jackson House, Sale, a landmark building on Washway Road just south of Manchester City Centre. This striking building, in the heart of Sale, provides over 130,000 sq ft of office accommodation and offers suites from 874 sq ft up to single floors of 29,000 sq ft, making this the largest available floor space in South Manchester.
Working on behalf of our client, CEG, we have recently undertaken work to the ground floor reception, CAT A fitout to the 2ndand 3rdfloors and core refurbishment to all upper floors. We are currently undertaking CAT B work to the third floor for the tenants. We will shortly be embarking on the window replacement of the entire building.
