We have a long association with 196 Deansgate. From 2007 to 2021 Contract Services have undertaken a complete refurbishment of this very fine Grade 2 listed building. Working closely with Manchester City Council’s conservation team the sensitive restoration of the building’s special features has been enhanced with complementary designs for the common areas, toilets and floor space, creating a truly unique environment that captures the best of both worlds.
