Chiesi, the Italian pharmaceutical corporation has taken advantage of the 2020 Covid Lockdown to commission a complete refurbishment of their UK Headquarters.
Contract Services headed a D&B project team tasked to deliver this ambitious scheme. The scope of works includes a thorough overhaul of the mechanical and electrical services as well as re-space planning and re-furnishing the entire building.
In addition, Chiesi has taken additional space on Manchester Green Business Park to provide ten brand new meeting suites, which will provide them with fully Covid compliant facilities, ready for occupation in early 2021.
