Working with C.E.G. on Jackson House has been one of the highlights of 2019. A further comprehensive package of refurbishment is planned which will take the £6million project into Autumn 2020. Major elements, including new build Reception and complete window replacement have been carefully planned to coincide with power infrastructure upgrades and compliment the extensive CAT A & B refurbishment.
Working closely with our specialist sub-contractors and the client’s design team, Contract Services have fulfilled the roles of both Principal Contractor and Principal Designer to provide a comprehensive design and build solution.
