Comprising of two separate works packages, running concurrently. Project procured on a full Design & Build basis. Package 1: New car park for 60 cars including reduced levels, drainage and interceptor installation, lighting, surface finishes in block paving and tarmac. Package 2: 1,000m² two storey mezzanine incorporating R & D Department, offices, toilets and canteen including 3 tier sprinkler installation and full integrated M&E package.
