PROFILE

Chris joined Contract Services in 2019 after spending the last 17 years as a private practice QS and Project Manager. More recently acting as a Project Manager/Employer’s Agent and QS on a series of new build hotels, ranging from £10-25Million.

Chris has also managed hotel refurbishments up to £21m. Amongst other relevant experience, Chris acted as Project Manager on a number of office, commercial and industrial refurbishment projects.
