PROFILE

Kevin joined Contract Services in 2018 and now serves as Senior Contracts Manager, overseeing construction management, labour planning, resource allocation and project controls. He is also responsible for subcontractor management, programme delivery and maintaining strong client relationships through clear communication and regular project reporting.

Kevin began his career by completing a joinery apprenticeship in 1979. Across an impressive 35-year career, he has progressed within Contract Services to become Contracts Manager, delivering a wide range of commercial fit-out and refurbishment projects.

Kevin brings a wealth of technical knowledge, practical expertise and leadership to every project, helping ensure Contract Services consistently delivers high-quality schemes safely, efficiently and to the highest standards.
